Strelitzia reginae, commonly known as Bird of Paradise, is a striking perennial plant known for its vivid orange and blue flowers resembling a tropical bird. Native to South Africa, it thrives in Cyprus’s climate, making it ideal for outdoor gardens or bright indoor areas. It grows to a height of 1–2 meters and spreads about 0.6–1.2 meters, with glossy green leaves and bold blossoms that appear from late autumn to early spring.
